The members of my team are Meghan Cashin and Jacob Ferguson. We are going to be using Yahoo messanger with a combination of video conferencing as well as email. They are all really easy to use and make it easier to stay in touch and work on projects. Currently, I am a supervisor at my job so i do have some backgrund working with others and delegating tasks. I am also currently in a number of groups for differentt projects for different classes. This does not include the groups that i have worked in in the past. I find myself to be a great teamplayer.
My team is made up of both friends and coworkers. Jacob and myself currently work together and we also have worked with MEghan in the past. A weakness could be that we already do know each other and are comfortable which can sometimes make working together difficult. All in all we are going to be working on this project at the same time with each other and discussing different courses of action that we are going to take.

I think that using the yahoo chats will make it so we are all able to be able to get in contact with one another even if we are not able to actually be there in person. I think that as long as we make sure to properly delegate tasks there should be no problem as far as all of us working together is concerned.
